My fitbit was tracking steps on my Iphone and just suddenly stopped. It shows on my computerr, just not Iphone.

Is there a phone number I can call for help   I try the “Edit and scroll down thing” and it doesn’t work. My Fitbit shows my steps, but it says it’s not connected, and I can’t see the steps for the last two weeks on my phone or iPad. It’s so frustrating I need to talk to someone.

The top right corner only have messages so nothing in that description works. I use Fitbit to track my steps and that’s the only thing it doesn’t do. So how do I access the option to see my freaking steps again?

i got them back my steps ``they just showed up...I love the fitbit but hate it when it just quits on you!
