So this is an odd situation. The app refuses to use data on my iPhone! The only thing that has worked is my home wifi(the one at my work:Walmart doesn’t work) or shutting off both background app refresh and use of data for the Fitbit app restarting my phone and turning them back on
however this lasts for all of five minutes! I can’t log food I eat or sync my watch unless I am at a home wifi!!
I love Fitbit but this is beyond frustrating as I don’t want to have to carry around trash till I am at home again!

Best AnswerWill other apps use data minutes while at work? It sounds to me like it might be something in your phone settings rather than a Fitbit app problem.
