My Fitbit will not charge but it syncs and keeps the time little red battery button keeps flashing

I see your having charging issues with your Fitbit tracker. It sounds like your Fitbit contacts need to be cleaned.since it does indeed sync your steps and maintains the time. The contacts sometimes get dirty with debris making charging difficult. Look here for tips on how to clean those important contacts: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2005

Try’s everything so in touch with Fitbit they are sending me a replacement
