While I was at the gym, my Fitbit came off of my wrist and got tangled in the elliptical machine and broke. I was very upset and angry that this happened since it wasn't the first time it occurred. It would constantly come off of my wrist while I would exercise and sleep, but it finally happened where the device is now unable to function. Is there anything that can fix this problem?

Hello! I have the Alta, however, when the Fitbit dropped the actual Fitbit itself broke so I haven't been able to use it. The wristband just came off, but the actual device itself broke.
