I have a iPhone XS and a charge 2. It stopped snyching Sunday at 3:28pm. I could not get it to synchronize. I pulled out another charge 2 to setup and it’s stuck on the setup screen. Please help. I have the latest iPhone iOS version. I have uninstalled and rebooted phone and charge. I have chatted with customer service but I need to send it back for a replacement. Hoping to solve by some other means. Thanks!
