My Fitbit charge 3 will not sync at all with my phone I have tried everything I could find on the matter and still nothing. It is also losing time and is between 1hour and 2hour 10 mins slow it just depends on the time of day as the time on the Fitbit just keeps randomly changing. Please help !!

Same issue with Ace 2. Won’t sync with iPhone and clock keeps getting slower.

its doing my head in now. It syncs for a sort while after hours of trying
then stops and won’t sync again. I don’t know where the loss of time comes
in though I’m confused as to why it’s doing that
