Since changing my phone my Fitbit won’t sync, have disconnected Bluetooth, put back on. Deleted device from app to try and reinstall but can’t find device. Deleted app app and reinstalled, still nothing!!!!!

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn’t still have a connection to the tracker in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.
