You could try a reboot. Put it in the charge cable and plug it into a USB charger, and then hold the button on the side of the Fitbit, until the Fitbit vibrates, this should reboot it.
Does the Fitbit logo appear on the screen when you try a reboot? Try holding the button down until it does, and wait until the main screen is back, and do that 3 times in a row. If that doesn't help I would contact support.
