Hi there, @Claudjac.
While that's odd, may I know if this happens when trying to sync? Or is it when using a specific feature (notifications, GPS, etc)? Do you get an error message on the Fitbit app? What is the model of your Fitbit device? And, do you have more than one Fitbit device nearby?
