If your Charge 2 is not auto-detecting your walks, please restart it, this usually solves any problem with auto-detection on any tracker. If that doesn't seem to do the trick, please go to the Device settings on your online Dashboard and check if the Auto-Detection is set for 10 minutes. If it is, change it to a different number, sync your tracker, then change it back to 10 and sync your tracker once again.
