Sleep detection not working correctly

I find if I awake mid-night that my sleep following just stops and fails to resume. It may show an abbreviated night where other detection means show that as a blip and record the full night.

Hello @Ltech, I hope you're doing well, it's great to see you around?

Since when are you experiencing this issue? Which tracker are you currently using? Please remember that Fitbit trackers will finish the sleep cycle if they detect sudden and constant movement, if you wake up at night and walk, the tracker might count this as the end of the sleep cycle. However, if you only wake up without leaving the bed I would like to suggest the following:

  1. Restart your tracker
  2. Go to the online settings of your device and check that Sleep Sensitivity is set to Normal
  3. If it's currently set to Normal, change it to Sensitive and sync your tracker.
  4. Change it back to Normal and sync once again.

Monitor the tracker for the next night to see if it's still experiencing the same issue, if it is, please let me know so I can check this further. Additionally, if you need anything else, please feel free to reply!
