Hello, I bought a new Fitbit versa 2 as my Fitbit charge 2 broke. I didn’t realise I could transfer accounts. Tried to use old email address and would not accept it as was already on my charge 2. I’ve since used an iCloud email for my new Fitbit and I still cannot verify that email address even though I have now sent it 20+ times. It is the correct email as I received a welcome email from
Fitbit last night.
This is really frustrating as I cannot access my account and am trying to also change my clock time into a military time. Any help appreciated as I have spent a lot of money on my new watch and should be able to change a time simply.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @VR-M.
I am sorry to hear about the frustration this situation has caused. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I recommend checking your spam/junk folders for the verification email. For steps to change your clock time into a military time, see How do I change to a 12 or 24 hour clock?
If you would like to check steps to set up your Versa 2 to your existing Fitbit account, see How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?
Let me know how it goes.
