Fitbit flex not syncing to iPhone

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
Last night I noticed that my steps were not being synced so I removed the flex from my phone. Now I am trying to add it as a new device and it just says searching. I have tried everything that people have suggested; restarting the flex, restarting the app, removing it from my phone and reinstalling it, and nothing has worked. Is there a bug with syncing the device to your phone?

Hi @Kvb081, I can definitely help!

I'd recommend the following steps:

1. Make sure that you are using version 2.18 of the Fitbit iOS App. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.

2. Restart your Flex.

3. Reboot your iOS device.

4. Open your iOS settings > turn Bluetooth off > and then 10 seconds turn Bluetooth back on.

5. Use the "Replacing a Tracker..." instructions to re-pair your tracker to your existing account.

This should help you out, but keep me posted if you need any additional help!

HI Derrick!!

I followed all the instructions and when I go to add the new device (or in
my case the old device) it just says searching and it doesn't find my
fitbit.
