Hi @Teachertiff, I would recommend the following sequence to help you get your Flex syncing again:
1. Restart your Flex.
2. Reboot your iOS device.
3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.
This should get you back on track, but please keep me posted either way.

Hi there @Teachertiff, if your tracker is not lighting up and not syncing, try a few more times to restart your Flex as @DerrickS mentioned before, In some scenarios trying several times this procedure have helped other user with similar issues.
- Plug your charging cable into a USB port on your computer.
- Remove the pebble from the wristband and insert it into the charging cable.
- Insert a paperclip into the small pinhole on the back of the charger.
- Press on the pinhole for 3-4 seconds.
If is not working despite your tracker is charging, perhaps the issue is not with the syncing process but with the screen of your Flex. So my recommendation is to contact our Support Team so they can review more in depth if is necessary.
Keep me posted how it goes, I'll be around.
