I received my Charge 2 at the beginning of October and it immediately updated the firmware to 22.44.12 I am also running the latest iOS app 2.28 (600). At first everything worked fine and then I started to notice the calorie intake was not adding up correctly because the app was ignoring a meal (even though it was listed as if it was being added). I also found I could not delete the ignored item.
Within the last couple of weeks more issues have started cropping up. My Charge 2 would vibrate to say I had met the 250 steps per hour, but then I would look on the app and it would say I did not make my steps. Then I began to notice the Charge 2 would not vibrate after the 250 step mark was met. Now I am getting no vibrations, i.e. no reminder to move, met step goals, or met 250 steps. I am also still having problems with the discrepency between the Charge 2 saying I had met the 250 steps and the app saying I did not, as well as the app still miscalculating my calorie intake.
It is syncing my heart rate, calories burned, and total steps correctly (so you would think it would also sync the 250 steps per hour).
This is highly frustrating. I have contacted customer service and they were absolutly no help. I'm getting pretty disapointed in this product, but before I return it I want to see if these issues can be fixed because I was happy with it when it was working.
Is there anyone in the forum that has experienced any, or all, of these issues? If so, what did you do to solve them, if you have found a way to solve them?
Thank you for any assistance.

@Buterflygirl Have you tried restarting your Charge 2? Here is a link on how to do it :
Also, sometimes my App does not show the correct hours that I have met the 250 steps. Not sure why, but sometimes it does miss some......I don't worry too much about it. (I know that's not really an answer, but more to just let you know I have experienced the same)

@Buterflygirl Welcome to our Community! I would like to know if your tracker is still vibrating when you long press the button? Also does this happens all the time regarding the reminders to move or sporadically? Your tracker will only vibrate 10 minutes to the hour if you haven't walked 250 steps for that period and will vibrate again if you reach your goal (ie, you didn't have the 250 steps and reached them within the 10 minutes period before the hour ended). If you have already walked more than 250 steps on any given hour within the reminder's period then you won't get a reminder nor a congratulatory screen.
Regarding the calories shown as 0 for your logged meals, this an issue with the app that it is currently being investigated so I can only ask for your patience in this regard.
Finally about the app not showing the hours where you have actually walked 250 steps please try restarting your tracker like @Kmransom123 said and try syncing your tracker periodically so all the information is synced to your account on time.
Let me know how it goes!

@Buterflygirl How did it go after the restart? Is your tracker now alerting you when you haven't reached your 250 steps goal?
Keep me posted!

I'm still having the same issues. It sometimes vibrates and sometimes
doesn't. I did restart it so I'm not sure what the issue is. Thank you for
following up!

Thank you for following up! The restart did not fix the issue so I am not sure what to do at this point.
