Fitbit heat rate data is extremely inaccurate

Fitbit heart rate significantly underestimates and over estimates my heart rate when sitting and exercising by as much as 30 beats per minute.

 

I tested Charge 5, Charge 6, and Inspire 2. All 3 cannot measure heart rate 

This technology is highly over rated !

I like how it says your HR is 176, but you manually take it and it’s 94. For whatever reason, when I start working out, my HR spikes high. Like really high. Like, go to the emergency room high, but then settles down. The Charge 5 definitely isn’t a medical device.
