I’m male and my heart health was at 38-42 however as of the most recent fitbit update it changed to this:
I’ve since changed it back, however it now lists me as having fair-average cardio fitness at 33-37. Apparently v3.45 purged any record of it being higher. Not pleased at all.

So things have gradually improved, I’m just dismayed that that the recent fitbit versions have created fundamental flaws in overall functionality of the app, and even as far as to alter user data profiles. It seems like a gross misstep.
