My badges are missing after Fitbit app update

Hello 

I recently was sent request to update Fitbit app  which I have done but all my badges are missing please help

Hello @JuliePharoah and welcome to the Help forum.  When you follow the path -- tap on your profile picture > tap on your name to view your profile > Badges and Trophies, what do you see?  Is the whole page missing?  Sometimes logging out then logging back in is all you need.  When an app update acts wacky, sometimes deleting the app. then re-downloading the app helps.  What Fitbit app version is doing this?  Tap on your profile picture > scroll down to Help & Support to see the app version.

@JuliePharoah Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend trying the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, log back into your account and check your badges.
