Fitbit iPhone App Dashboard Not Showing Past Days' Logs

Hey, guys! So I have a Fitbit Blaze and Aria, and I'm using the APP on an iPhone. (I got the iPhone 7 a few days ago, but this problem was also occurring on my previous 5s, so I don't think the model has anything to do with it.)

Anyways, when I go to any of the previous day's logs, none of my food, water, weight, or sleep shows on the dashboard- it remains the same as today's log. However, when I click the icon for said log, the food, water, and sleep shows all the info that I/my Blaze logged.

The number of steppes, stairs, distance, and calories burned meters at the top are correct. However, anything below those meters only shows today's stats.

Does anybody know a fix for this? I've uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone, and I don't know what else to do. It's a real pain to have to go into each category individually to sum up my days' activity, though!

@TokyoSkinny  Your description is expected behavior on how the App displays data.  Only the top tile will scroll back in history.  To see the other tiles history - like you mentioned - you have to click the individual tiles to view.

Hope that helps!

Hi there @TokyoSkinny, good to see you around!

Indeed, I could not say better than @Kmransom123. This changes were rolled with the recent modification of the iOS app and in order to see your food or water information is require to access individually to each of these.

For the main tile that holds your steps, calories and other stats, there are small arrows at the side that will help you to navigate across previous date, but this wont affect the other tiles.

See you around and if you have more questions keep us posted.

Did you ever get an answer to this?  Here it is Jan 19,2017 and my dashboard just starting doing the same thing (a few days ago). I am new to the iPhone 7 (<1 mos) app but not new to Fitbit. Since your posting, there was an update on Jan 11,2017.

Hello @KarinP, thanks for joining the conversation, it's great to see you around. Smiley Happy

As @RobertoME mentioned, only the top tile, which contais steps, floors, distance calories and active minutes will display information from previous days when is swiped. In order to check more detailed information from previous days for the other tiles, please tap on it.

I understand how this might not be convenient for you so I went ahead and found a suggested idea by @BobTheCat to implement the ability to see previous days's information on the rest of the tiles. Feel free to add your vote and comment, this is truly the best way to make your voice heard.

I hope this can be helpful, if you need anything else feel free to reply! Smiley Wink

So Marco, just to clarify, you're saying that the viewing of previous data on only the tiles in the actives grouping tiles on dashboard is how it's designed to work? Like I said, I'm new to Fitbit on iOS and noticed this only this week. The Fitbit app on Windows phone 8.1 does not behave like this nor do the tiles on the website so I assumed it was a malfunction.
