They stopped working for me about eight months ago. I have tried everything on all the articles. I’ve restarted and changed settings on both my phone and FB so many times I’ve lost count. This is my third FB and all of them have had some issue within the first year. I can SEE the text messages in the FB notification pull down. But I get no vibration or pop up. This is my last FB. Fooled three times into the same trap of failure within year one.
