Fitbit loses data

I have a Charge 2.  I have noticed lately that my Fitbit does not sync properly with the IOS app on my iPod.  Yesterday I walked 24,000+ steps. It synced last night and showed everything correctly but then today it is showing that I walked no steps at all yesterday.  Also it has not shown sleep patterns for the last two days.  On the Fitbit PC dashboard it only shows half of my steps for the last three days.  Has anyone had any issues like this - have any remedies?

That's really odd that you're loosing steps previously synced in your Dashboard. Can you please log out from the Fitbit App, force quite and then log back in. Later on force sync your Charge 2 one more time, you might restart your Charge 2 a couple of times and then sync it again. Cat Frustrated

 

I hope you can get your steps back, this is not an expected behavior from your tracker or the Fitbit App.
