Fitbit messages on Ionic

I’m not receiving Fitbit messages or notifications on my Ionic. 

I receive text messages and phone calls but not the messages sent though the Fitbit app. 

Ive checked all the settings and these are as they should be. My partner also has an ionic and works perfectly. I’ve checked all the settings are the same.  The only difference is that I’m on iOS11

Do you have Fitbit selected under the the Ionic Notifications - App Notifications option?

Yes. I have this selected.

I don't know why, but even with the settings the same, some people get Fitbit notifications and some don't. Is your app at the latest update?

Ok, so what do I do? Take it back to the shop? Would a New Ionic work or is this an issue with the app/iOS?

And yes the app is the most up to date

I don't have an answer, but this is nitna probkem with the ionic. 

The ionic will only display what is sent to it, if it is not being sent then there is nothing to display.

So I reset “all settings” on my iPhone and the Fitbit notifications worked for about 30 mins. Then they stopped working again. 

Something is is preventing these getting through
