I'm trying to set up my son's new Inspire 3. The app only has the Ace LTE, Ace 3, Ace 2 and Ace to choose from. None of fitbit's other models appear as options to set up. I have force quit the app multiple times, and deleted the app multiple times but still having the same issue. Can anyone provide any help?

Hi @jeajoseph the Ace series is for children 13 and younger in the US and 16 and younger in some European countries. Is this his age range?
I've seen this issue (not recognizing your actual device) with other Fitbit styles and it needs customer support to help you.
