Fitbit not responding

I got a Fitbit charge hr at Costco and charged it I sinced it with my iPhone, which seems to be working and the iPhone says its charged. But when I push the button on my Fitbit nothing happens. Doesn't light up or show the time. Do I need to do some set up on my computer.

@leBaron Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I will recommend to perform a restart. That should fix any kind of display issues you may be experiencing.
