Hi,
I’ve used my charge 6 for some time and all been good. Today it stopped syncing. I’ve restarted both it and my phone. I deleted and reinstalled the app. On Bluetooth it records Charge6 as connected…but it’s the only option which can’t disconnect. Not seen that before. Help!

@Zan0709 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts.
Do you get an error message? If you what does it say?
Did this happened when connected to a wifi or mobile data?
Please under any circumstance DO NOT remove the Charge 6 from the account, unless suggested by any mod or Support team member.
Have you already tried the steps and tips described here?: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Same issue, It happened right after updating to iOS 26.2.1. Resetting your iPhone Network settings solved it for me.
To reset network settings on an iPhone, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
(According to some sites it says that apple update had something to do with Bluetooth firmware and I also have the issue of not having the blue button on the iPhone bluetooth menu to disconnect or forget my Charge 6. Also have these new Apple security approvals that pop up as it tries to connect to my Charge 6.

@Eb_123 Thank you for sharing your findings and the screenshot. A warm welcome to the Community!
After agreeing with/ allowing the new permissions on your Apple device, do you still encounter syncing issues or do they get resolved?
I'll pass your info to our team to let them know about the findings.
Please do not remove the Charge 6 from your account.
In the meantime, try the following.
Open the Fitbit app and pull the dashboard site down, to force a synchronization.
No matter if the device synced or not, log out from the Fitbit app.
Uninstall the Fitbit app.
Turn your phone off and on again.
Reinstall the Fitbit app and log in.
Try to sync again.
