Fitbit not syncing to Strava

I’m having an issue where my runs aren’t syncing to Strava like it used to... I’ve tried re-syncing etc and contatcted Strava themselves who have confirmed it is not an issue their end. 

Could you look into this for me please?

Hi @Carrieanna. Welcome to the Forums! I'm sorry for my delayed response.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for sharing the steps that you've tried so far. To work on this together, I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. Verify if the Fitbit app and the Strava app are updated to the latest version.
  2. Go to your fitbit.com dashboard and log in to your account.
  3. Click on the gear in the upper right corner, and on "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select "Applications" on the left side.
  5. Under Strava, click on "Revoke Access".

Once that is done, connect Fitbit with Strava by following the steps described in this help article. Please note that only GPS recorded activities from Fitbit will sync to Strava.
