I had trouble syncing my new fitbit inspire HR to my Iphone after setting up on my phone. I resolved the problem by firstly making sure your bluetooth is on! I plugged the fitbit into my usb on my desktop computer, bluetooth then picked up the device. I pressed the fitbit button and it gave a four digit number, put that into the phone then hey presto the set up continued until 100%. (Keep your phone near the fitbit whilst it is setting up) and then I was all set up no more continuous "www.fitbit.com/set up".
