Within the iPhone Fitbit Notifications selection there are choices for calls, texts, calendar events and then the “App Notifications”. Within the App Notifications there are choices for what you want to activate but even I f the apps are deleted off the phone, they stay on there. Even after numerous times of syncing my Ionic Fitbit device to my iPhone, there is NO way to delete/update them from in my iPhone app. Is there a way this will be fixed in the future?

@AirForceVeteran Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.
I appreciate the troubleshooting you tried. The notification center displays the most recent 100 notifications and these can't be deleted.
If you're not referring to this notification center, please attach a screenshot of the notifications that aren't being deleted.
Keep me posted. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

This is the first section within the iPhone app I was referring to which
leads to the second section.
This is the second.
This is the LOCATION that I am referring to.

@AirForceVeteran If you tried to post screenshots, they didn't come through. Luckily, I am very sure I know what you are talking about. For example, in my screenshot:
Let's say I deleted the NBC4 Washington app. How can I get it off this list? @SilviaFitbit There is no path within the app to do this. Although I haven't tried it, I believe the only way to do this might be to remove your Ionic from your account (sync first), then add it back. To really clean things up, I would log out of the app, restart my phone, then log back in then add the Ionic back. I am trying to think through how this stuff works and it's an idea. The down side is that all the apps you still use will have to repopulate.

@AirForceVeteran Thank you for getting back. As @LZeeW mentioned, it seems the screenshots weren't attached, please follow this procedure to attach them.
I would like you to confirm you're experiencing what @LZeeW mentioned. If you are, please try logging out from you app and force quit it. If you're still experiencing this, please set up your Ionic again and check if you're still seeing apps deleted available as notifications.
@LZeeW Thanks for the screenshot shared and your advice.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

that is the exact location in the app I was referring to. Thank you for posting your screenshot and also for the directions to post mine. Would Fitbit, in the near future, be able to give an option of syncing an update for apps that are no longer required for notifications? It’s more of an empty cache, save space, allow better storage option than anything.

@AirForceVeteran Thanks for getting back and the screenshot shared.
I appreciate your report, I've shared this with my team. In the meantime, you may want to set up your Ionic once again to your account.
Catch you later!
