Fitbit on iPad Starts posts back at top

I go on fitbit on my iPad. All of a sudden, when I go into a group and go into a post, when I exit the post it makes me start all over back at the top. I tried reinstalling, hard boot....I haven’t been participating because it’s frustrating. Is something up with Fitbit or does this have to do with the Apple IOS 12.2 update that just came out??

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for bringing this up and sharing all of the steps that you have tried to get Fitbit to work correctly.

 

Could you share some screenshots showing what you mean? I'd like to take a closer look at the situation.

 

In addition please let me know if you are doing this on the Fitbit app on your iPad or on the web version of the Dashboard. That way I can move this thread to the appropriate board and better help you understand what is going on.

Hello. I am doing this on my iPad on the apple store Fitbit mobile app. Not the web version. So here’s the first post in the group at the top. The second pic is me going into a post about 10 posts down. Once I hit your back button to get out of the post, I go back to the top post in the group. I stopped participating becuz I would be like 20 posts in and then get thrown back to the first post at the top. I saw you guys had this happen before in the forum a few years ago. My IOS recently updated to 12.2 so I’m not sure if that’s in, but I can’t be on fitbit until it gets fixed. I deleted and reinstalled on both my iPad and my iPhone. This happens on my iPhone too which also just automatically updated to 12.2. Considering there are wars going on in the world, children homeless and people out of work....this really isn’t that big of a deal compared to that. But I do miss my friends and reading peoples’ posts and learning from others.
