I had my One for a couple of years. Yesterday it stopped syncing with the Fitbit app. It had charge but fully charged One, deleted from my account, deleted app from iPhone and started from beginning. But Fitbit can not find One. Keeps searching. The One does record my steps but will not sync. Suggestions, please

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Tried logging out and in, switching the phone and watch on off but my surge will not sync? Please help

Best AnswerGlad it worked for you I'm afraid mine still does not sync, tried a New Ionic which also froze after 2 weeks, got my money back and I now have a garmin vioactive 3 which I am rely pleased with
