My Fitbit screen will not illuminate. It is fully charged per the app. I can feel it vibrate so I know the device is working. Any suggestions.
Many thanks in advance.

Hi. Yes, I did try to turn it off and then back on again. That did not work. This is the second Fitbit that I’ve had where the screen has complete died. I am going to consider this one a loss, too. No more fitbits for me.
Thank you for your time!

@GrandmaNugget Many Fitbit models have a screen brightness setting. There might be more help for you if you tell us what model you use.
Touch screens are sensitive and settings can get inadvertently changed. Once my Fitbit woke me from sleep because I started the Exercise app -- my Fitbit vibrated when the GPS connected and it woke me.

Did you try changing the clock face? I had some wonky screen issues a while back. Changing it and then changing back worked, again, it wasn’t blank.
