My fitbit won't set up. Just says "not working". I'm not sure the name of the device to connect to on bluetooth. None of them work.

How are you trying to connect your fitbit? Fitbit are unusual in that the connectipon has to be made via the fitbit app rather than through the phone's bluetooth settings. Are you following this setup procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873/ ?
