I haven’t used my Fitbit in months. I charged it and wore it today. My Fitbit shower 7k steps and then reset. My Apple Watch shows 7k steps and so does my phone. I don’t see how to get Mobile Track to work.

Hi @Fitmomma0722. Welcome to the community forums.
Thanks for sharing this information. Before anything else, I'd like to explain that using both your Fitbit device and MobileTrack might cause your step count to either lose or gain more steps since both devices will try to give you credit for your efforts. With this in mind, I'd recommend removing MobileTrack from the Fitbit app and use only your Fitbit device to get accurate information.
To do this, please give a try to the following:
- Open the Fitbit app and tap Devices at the upper left corner
- Tap the Phone > Disconnect Device
- Tap Disconnect and wait until the process is done
- Continue using your Fitbit device and monitor its behavior afterward
