Fitbit text and volume contol

iPhone 6, fitbit doesn't show notifications for text only calls...help

Also how do you use the volume control from fitbit to phone?

Hello @knadine, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! 

Which Fitbit tracker are you currently using? Please remember that the Charge and Charge HR only receive call Notifications. However, if you have a different model, please go to the Fitbit app, then to Account > Your tracker > Notifications and check if you have an option to enable text nofitications. 

If you're able to enable text notifications but they're still not coming through, please go the Bluetooth settings on your phone and locate your tracker on the list of paired devices. Tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then restart your phone. After that, go to the Fitbit app > Account > Your tracker and enable Notifications once again. 

Now, in regards of the volume control, would you be so kind to elaborate a bit more? I'm not quite sure about your question.

Thanks for taking the time to reply and letting me know the tracker you currently have. Currently the Charge and Charge HR are only able to receive call notifications, not text ones.
