First, my Fitbit will not completely sync the the app. It gets stuck half way through the process. Later it will finally sync but never give me a running count of steps, distance, etc. in the app.
Second, my Fitbit clock is off by an hour and a half. It just happened so it has nothing to do with a time change. I also checked the time zone setting and it's still correct.
Third, it's not resetting the steps for the next day. I woke up today with the step count from yesterday and it just kept adding on it. Finally reset to a new day at about 11am.
Yes I've restarted my fitbit. Yes, I've deleted the device from the app and re added it. Yes I've deleted the app and re added it.
This is very frustrating as I've only had this for about 3 months.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
