I am trying to set-up new fitbit on I-phone. Advised me to turn on Bluetooth, which I did and then said I wasn't connected to IHome B......
Can anyone tell me what that would be.

Hello @squeek17, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! It's always great to see you around @USAF-Larry, I hope you're doing well.
@squeek17, are you seeing this message on the Bluetooth settings of your phone? iHome is a very popular brand of (mostly) speakers and iOS accessories, in order to set up your Fitbit tracker with your iPhone please try the following:
If you already have an account and are trying to add a new device:
One thing to consider is that Fitbit trackers paired exclusively through the Fitbit app, not through the Bluetooth settings on your phone which is why even if you're able to see your tracker as a discoverable device on the Bluetooth settings of your phone, if you tap on it, it won't be able to pair.
I hope this information can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. ![]()
