Fitbit tracker is not syncing with the app.

All of a sudden my Fitbit will not synchronize when I go to Bluetooth it says make sure Fitbit is in range. It's fully charged... Bluetooth is on.... my iPhone is up to date..... not sure what to do

Same problem after I did the update.. Atleast you get some synced info.. I can only get mine via using iPad mini.

I too have been having the same problem of Charge 2 not syncing since Apple update. Given the feedback to this stream not prepared to try anything until some proper solution is found.

I fixed mIne, go to the MFP web site, click on help on the top banner, click troubleshooting, go to the second page of enteries and select - "What if data doesn't appear to be syncing from Fitbit to MyFitnessPal?". Go to the section titled "Still no adjustment? And follow the directions to revoke access and then re-instate access.

Thanks Grampi1 for your advice. I did get mine syncing again after deleting the app and logging in again but not after a lot of messing around. I also cautiously accepted a tracker update and hopefully this is a permanent fix. However I will keep your instructions in case of further issues. Cheers, Veg.

Tried setting up new device and Phone recognizes tracker but will not connect
