Fitbit will not connect to computer or iPhone App

Hello. My Fitbit was not syncing to my iPhone app so I deleted the device from my app, but now my app is not even able to find the Fitbit right next to it. I have tried using the Fitbit Connect option, without success as well. I have performed the hard and factory reset on the device, but still neither my phone nor computer are able to "find" it when searching.

Anyone have any assistance that they could provide? Thanks!

It's nice to see new faces around @Ashley_Spiegel! Thanks for stopping by! Cat WinkI'd suggest you try the following on your iOS device:

1. Go to your iPhone's settings > Bluetooth > Then manually remove your Charge HR from the list there.
2. Go back to your Fitbit app, and tap 'add charge hr' in the app.
3. You'll see an endscreen that will says "done" instead of the infinite "Searching" message you're receiving.

4. After you had set up the Charge HR to your iOS device you'll receive a message to accept a "pairing request," tap yes.

Wish you luck, let me know how it goes! Cat Embarassed
