Yes it has synced before but will not sync now.

My software is up-to-date and it is for 114.2

 

Update:

 

Me too. I have tried all the solutions suggested in then have worked.

He’s asking for me before and now it won’t sync it all I have the latest software in my iPad is brand new this is been going on for a while.
