Fitbit will not sync

I have tried uninstalling, turning off Bluetooth, restarting iPhone, reinstalling, turning on, etc. no luck. I tried removing the tracker from my iPhone and opening a new device on my app and get an error message that states, " Request failed: bad request (400). The iPhone finds the tracker but when I tap on the tracker as prompted on the iPhone, I get the error message.

I've done this over and over plus pushing the little hole on the back of the charging dongle.

Thank you for your response. I was able to sync my tracker to my app after realizing that I have been using knock-off chargers which did not have the little reset hole on the back of the charger like the charger that came with my Fitbit. Once I got to work this morning, I noticed that the charger I had in my desk had the reset hole. So, I tried for the umpteenth time to give it another shot and voila! It worked! So, lesson learned, TO RESET YOUR TRACKER YOU MUST USE THE ACTUAL FITBIT CHARGER!
