Poor customer service.  Sorry to hear, I recommend an Apple Watch.  It will cost more up front, but well worth it to get rid of the frustration associated with the Fit Bit.

I am just about at the end of my tether. This is my third Charge 3 the first white lines on screen, second wouldn’t even boot up on receipt, this one won’t keep time or sync.  I have to have it connected to battery charger to connect it to my iPad. Lasts approx one day then have to go through the process again.  This was initially a present from my friends for a big birthday, I have had it off my wrist longer than it’s been on.  I have tried every suggestion I can find to remedy this, and think “great that’s it” then a day later, the watch is a couple of hours slow and not connecting.  Surely I am not the only one with these problems, or am I just super unlucky?

Works now. Thanks.

Mine is still not syncing. Have today deleted app on iPad and added to my phone. When that didn’t work forgot this charge 3 and added another. That didn’t work. So deleted app on phone and added onto iPad, forget charge 3 and added another, got code on watch, hey presto connected, worked for two hours then stopped syncing to iPad.

It is a known problem and unfortunately Fit Bit has year to remedy the issue. Again, I recommend an Apple Watch. I’ve had mine 3 months with no issues. I get all my calls, texts, e-mails, workouts and never once had to re-boot, uninstall, etc. my only complaint is I have to charge it every other day. Overall, though, completely satisfied with the watch. Good luck!

Hi, my problem is that it keeps unsyncing, I’ve given up now, and will make sure everyone knows the reason why.

After doing these multiple times and getting it back on, the next time I sync is disconnected again. I give up. Apple Watch here I come.

Ha ha! I love my Apple Watch - knock on wood, not one re-sync necessary since I bought it last November. Good luck!

I am having the same problem with my Sense not staying synced to my iPhone that was a problem in 2015!  Why?!! When I first used the Sense it synced great. Then the battery starting going down in less than one day. So I turned off several notifications etc on the Sense. Then Sense stopped daily syncing!  Now I have to add my Sense as a new device about every day. Taking 30 minutes or more of turning off bluetooth, turning off iPhone, turning off Sense etc multiple times before my Sense syncs!!!!! WHY is this still a problem with Fit Bit?  My Alta syncs great !

That works in the am when I first sync it, however, that procedure is required numerous times a day..,

I was having the same issue with my new FitBit Sense.  It was not staying paired to my iPhone.  I tried everything that was suggested and was in the process of returning the watch.  On my last attempt to pair watch and phone, I made sure that all other devices in the area had Bluetooth shut off.  This seems to have done the trick!  I will be keeping an eye on this for the next while as I'm still within the time to return the device.  If something changes, i will update.  But most definitely make sure all other Bluetooth is shut off while you're doing the pairing!!

Okay thanks, will try that approach.
Tough on my household with 2 iPads to shut down Bluetooth.

Absolutely. I might return mine at Costco, and get an apple product.
