Fitbit won’t update in my challenge steps

I am having a problem with my Fitbit not updating within my challenge. I am not logging manual steps. My battery is fully charged. I have turn my Bluetooth on and off. I have logged out of Fitbit. All of the suggestions I have tried and still no success. Are there any other ideas that I can try?

I appreciate your patience with this situation. Upon checking your post I noticed that you said "It was", reason why I would like to confirm if your concern was resolved. Otherwise, I recommend you to check with another mobile device so I can further review if this occurred because of your mobile device or with your account.

It was not my mobile device, I stated that everyone in my challenge experienced the same problem. On top of that, I had NUMEROUS responses from users all over the map stating that they too experienced problems similar to mine. So what are the chances that all of these users had bad or faulty mobile devices? My problem was resolved because whatever outage Fitbit was having was resolved. Why is it so hard for you to say that Fitbit had issues? Very disappointed with the 4 responses from your company. No one took responsibility, very poor customer relations.
