Can I either manually change steps in my Sleepcycle app or sync to reflect my zip steps rather than iPhone steps??

Welcome to the Community @Tachio31. Can you be more specific about what do you want to do? Do you want to manually log your steps? I recommend checking the Apps that are compatible with Fitbit.

Hi - I tried manually changing my steps in Apple Health and thought they would automatically be reflected  in Sleep Cycle but they did not change.  I just got a new Fitbit Zip and want those steps to be shown in Sleepcycle which I have been using for a few months and like very much.  I'm even willing to manually enter my total step count in sleepcycle/Apple health but it still doesn't reflect in sleepcycle.  The only steps that show in sleepcycle are those recorded when I m carrying my iphone which are inaccurate - much lower than my Fitbit steps.  Is there another sleep analysis app that syncs with Fitbit Zip?

Welcome back @Tachio31. The way that Fitbit tracks the sleep is different than how SleepCycle track the sleep. But with the Fitbit app you will be able to manually log your sleep by doing the following:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the sleep tile. This is the tile that says "How did you sleep?" or, if you tracked sleep the night before, shows how many hours and minutes you slept.
  2. Tap the + icon in the top right corner and tap Begin Sleep Now.

Happy stepping! Woman Happy
