Fitbits not syncing!

The only way that I can get any of my Fitbits to sync is to turn off wifi and turn on cellular. Been have trouble for two days now. I've done everything. Uninstalled the app, unpaired & repaired the trackers, turned off phone & turned it back on. The only thing that finally worked was turning off wifi and turning on cellular.

Same thing has been happening to me. My steps aren't syncing at all but it does report some calories burned. The stairs are also different between mr Fitbit and my phone.

@SunsetRunner Very weird. Have you tried restarting your tracker that you are trying to sync with? Also, turning your iOS Bluetooth off for 10 seconds and then back on should help too.

@Mitchimichi The following steps should help you start syncing again:

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn it back on
4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

The calories burned that is on your dashboard is your basal metabolic rate (aka BMR). Click here for more information.

Keep me posted if this helps you both out!

I've restarted all three multiple times. I've done all of the above plus. I've notice on the different boards that a lot of people are having trouble.
