Fix obvious bugs in the Fitbit app

I am using a Fitbit Charge 2. I am thinking of upgrading to 6, but I hesitate because the mobile app (iOS) has some obvious bugs. For example, the cardio zone summary below the chart shows 0%/0 min in all zones all the time. It seems like a very basic/easy thing to get fixed? So my question boils down to: Is the Charge app being worked on at all?

@fb_stormbringer   There are many posts from Charge 2 and Alta HR users about your issue.  It isn't limited to the iOS version of the app.  The Charge 2 and Alta HR are unsupported legacy devices.  I'm not a Fitbit employee, but I suspect this is the unintended result of an app update.  The Charge 2 and Alta HR give active minutes, not active zone minutes, a significant difference.  I don't expect a fix -- Fitbit doesn't seem to put any priority on fixing issues with legacy devices.

This issue won't happen with a Charge 6.  I wear a Sense 2 and all the zone graphs work correctly.

Thank you for the information, I wear a charge 5 though not 2
I’m not sure if it makes a difference?
But I think I’m done with fit bit products, the last update I had was in
2023 before I replaced the the 2nd watch?
I am still able to wear my fit bit with black screen as long as it is
charged in full night than morning it will sync most of the information.
Some days. Not to much unfortunately… as I have a heart rate condition I
need to replace with a watch I can depend on, and as I said there are a lot
of Lowe cost options that do all the same things! Big difference if I have
to replace spending $60 instead of $150
And some work with your phone the same way. My grandson brought one off
Amazon for $30 valiant? Or something similar and it works fantastic he says!
Good luck with your charge 6

Thanks, good to hear. I can understand that Fitbit doesn't prioritize legacy devices. But it should be clear in the app that certain features are not supported. There is a lack of information here. This combined with Google/Alphabet's acquisition of Fitbit makes me hesitant.

Thanks @Sissyshaw8588. Yes, I am also looking for good alternatives. But it seems that Fitbit Charge always get the best ratings so far.
