Started flashing the fitbit symbol and I've tried the left button and right lower button reboot trick and nothing. It was stopped earlier long enough to say clock error. I was able to switch that and it worked for a few minutes and then started flashing again. I need my fitbit, I rely on it. Help!!!

Hello @angiebal123

im not totally sure but let’s try changing your clock face since it’s giving an error. Here’s how:

go to Fitbit app

tap profile picture on upper left

scroll down tap the name of your Fitbit (located just under “My Family”

Now scroll down and tap clock face

choose a different clock face then tap the today button at the bottom to return to the Fitbit app main page

now try to sync your app

😃 please let me know if this solves your issue

Sorry for the slow response @angiebal123

what type of Fitbit do you have? Each one is restarted in slightly different ways. You can check here to find a way to restart yours here.  https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/?q=Restart&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1
Please follow the restart exactly. Let me know if correctly restarting your particular Fitbit resolves your issue.

I tried to do the restart. It wouldn't do anything just continuously flashing the fitbit symbol. This is very frustrating. I drive a school bus and rely heavily on my fitbit for the time. Were not allowed to look @ our phones.

Hello again @angiebal123

I'm sorry your still experiencing flashing issues with your Fitbit. I don’t know how old your Fitbit is or if has possibly gotten damaged by water or anything like that. My only suggestion is you can call Fitbit customer service and they may be able to help in someway. You can find ways to contact them here:

Good luck to you
