I have a new iPhone and my Flex 2 is syncing but not updating my actual steps. Just says zero. I’ve reset the flex2, deleted the app and reinstalled, shut down my phone, removed my device and found it again, turned off and on Bluetooth. Not sure what else to do.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums, for letting us know about this situation and for listing the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. If you have a new phone, it's possible your Flex 2 is still trying to sync with your old phone. If you have it at hand, please go to the Bluetooth Settings (on your old phone) and check if the Flex 2 is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select "Forget this Device", then turn it off and try to sync with your new phone. If your Flex 2 is still having trouble syncing, please try the following:
