I have the Fitbit versa which is up to date however the app on my iPhone doesn’t have an update available. I do not have the option to set up quick replies. How can I correct this?

Hi @03castle. Fitbit has not been able to offer quick responses to IOS users yet. The main reason is that Apple is a closed system.
The moderator noted:
We are working with partners to find ways to bring quick text replies to messaging apps for iOS and Windows users – we hope to share more on this in the future. We’d love to be able to offer quick text replies to our iOS users now, but Apple operates a closed ecosystem that doesn’t allow us to deliver this feature at this time.

Hello @03castle, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's great to see you too @SunsetRunner, thanks for all your help.
@03castle, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that as @SunsetRunner mentioned, at this moment iOS devices do not have the Quick Replies feature available. This feature is only available for Android devices. Nevertheless, as she mentioned, please check @Bdcraw's suggested idea to implement this feature in the near future. Feel free to add your vote and comment to this idea, this is the best way to make your voice heard.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
