I have moved your post to the iOS App forum as it is an App problem. Hope someone can help you with it.

Hello @Alicia29223, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! It's nice to see you around too @NellyG, thanks for keeping the Community organized.

@Alicia29223, are you able to see the sleep and steps tiles in the app Dashboard? Is the app showing the other tiles, such as distance, active minutes, calories burned? If only those tiles are missing, please scroll down until you're able to see the Edit button. Tap on it and you'll be able to see the steps and sleep tiles in case they're hidden, tap on the plus sign on the top left corner of the tile to make them visible again.

If the tiles are showing but no information is being displayed, it's possible the app is not updating the information correctly, in which case I would like to recommend the following:

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button and swiping up the app.
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

I thought I was the only one. My flex 2 hasn't tracked and synced correctly since the new update. I keep losing my steps every time it syncs. I can be at 14,000 by midday and by night it's at 170. And stays there. Someone Help!! I keep closing the app and open it and then it syncs and more steps disappear.

@Shetem7  I would suggest you remove your flex 2 from the app, uninstall the app, reinstall it , and re add the tracker, and see if that does it. Let us know how you go.

Hello @Shetem7, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to see new faces around. Thanks for joining the conversation as well @NellyG, it's nice to see you too! Smiley Happy

@Shetem7, when did you update your tracker? Is your tracker losing steps everyday? Have you restarted it yet? If so, adding to @NellyG's recommendation. First I would like to suggest checking @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips and recommendations that have been proven to be very helpful for many members in the Community facing the same situation.

In case that doesn't do the trick, let's add your tracker as a new device like @NellyG suggested. Don't worry, all the information previously stored in your account won't get deleted.

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome! Smiley Wink
