iOS app not responding.

Again the update went fine. But now my phone is completely disabled after installing the update. I would not recommend anyone doing this update because you may wind up with a Fitbit that is now a paperweight. FB still has not responded to all of my inquiries. And seems to have no solution for why this is going wrong. #Returning

@jfeinour I moved your post to keep our FW thread on topic. A Firmware update should not affect your app. Have you tried logging out and logging back in and restarting your phone? Are you on the latest app version 3.28?

Because of the firmware update to the Fitbit NOT the app it has disable the device. Again, thanks for no help what so ever. You have hundreds of people with the same issue.

I won’t be buying more this is a huge fail for Fitbit.

I loved my Fitbit. I got the premium. Got on the heart study. Until shortly after the update it will not sync or attach to my Bluetooth. I have done everything possible to fix. For all the things it does I can’t believe it is so hard for anyone to help!!!
